ORDER

The purchase process at www.pareo.gr is very simple. After selecting the product you want, click "Add to cart" on the corresponding button that appears on the product. The product will be automatically transferred to your shopping cart where you can change the quantity, delete the product or continue your purchases with other products. After completing the selection of items, click the "Order Completion" button in the shopping cart and follow the steps to complete the purchase by entering the shipping and payment details. Shipping method

The parcel will be delivered to you with the information you have given us in 2 to 5 working days. Shipments are made daily except Saturdays and holidays. Please write your landline and mobile phone in the order form. In periods of increased volume of orders such as big discounts, shipments will be served in order of priority and as soon as possible. We ask for your understanding for these few periods. We do our best to get your order as soon as possible.

Shipments are made with Acs Courier

If you choose cash on delivery there is an extra charge of € 2.00.

Abroad::

Shipping costs are 12 euros for abroad with DHL.

Customers, who in their history have shipments that refused to receive or did not respond to our written or telephone (/ courier) information and thus were returned to us, with the indication (NOT INTERESTED - DISCLAIMER), will receive after payment amount of their new order exclusively via DEBT CARD OR CREDIT.

For your best service, please mention your name and your order code, when transferring the amount.

Product Returns and Changes

If you are not happy with your purchase, proceed with the product change / return process.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

All products must be returned new, unused, with the protective stickers, intact with all the barcode tabs attached to them.

Any products that have been returned damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, at the expense of the return cost.

When sending each order, our company checks the products for any defective parts or parts of them. However, in case you receive a problematic product or the product is not what you ordered, you have the right to replace it, completely free of charge.

CHANGE PROCEDURE

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Refunds from us are made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of your parcel by us.

The refund is made after the necessary quality control and you are informed about it by relevant email.

The return is made ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY with ACS COURIER..

Shipments by plain mail or any other Courier are NOT accepted.

The value of the products is returned by us and not the cash on delivery costs.

Refunds are also NOT made for all products you have bought at a discount.

Refunds are also NOT made on products that come from a change you made, with products purchased at a discount.

Offer packages do not change, do not break and do not become a refund.

Product returns .

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order in 14 days.

Send us back the product with your post office registered mail. When we receive your package, we will REFUND at your credit card, the cost of the products you’ve returned. For your safety is good to keep your tracking number of your parcel.

The refund from us will be made the same day we receive your return

We only return the value of the products and not the shipping costs.

Any items returned damaged or soiled will not be accepted .

When sending every order, our company inspects products for any defective pieces or parts thereof. However, if you happen to receive faulty product or a product you didn’t order, you have the right to replace it, free of charge.
